چکیده
Determining the level of contaminants in rice is very important because it one staple foods consumed by most people worldwide. Therefore, quantity arsenic has become a health concern cultivars have property accumulating their grains. As result, various societies mandated measurement using different analytical chemistry methodologies, including atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS, ETAAS, HG-AAS) after sample preparation methods such as solid phase microextraction (SPME) and dispersive liquid-liquid extraction (DLLE). The content an essential prerequisite data to incorporate risk assessment. By having information, can be possible determine ratio calculations identify which countries produce with less for human consumption. This review aimed present used analysis inorganic, organic, total contents introduced methodology assessment its related inorganic quantifications along per capita consumption rice.

Toxicological assessment of inorganic arsenic and zinc content in button mushrooms
Nowadays, discharge of toxic heavy metals into the environment is anincreasing global concern. In light of this and that the per capita consumption of mushrooms has increased in Iran, the current study was carried out to investigate the levels and health-risk assessment of elements arsenic (As) and zinc (Zn) through consumption of button mushrooms marketed in Kermanshah city in 2016.In this des...
متن کاملIn Vivo Assessment of Arsenic Bioavailability in Rice and Its Significance for Human Health Risk Assessment
BACKGROUND Millions of people worldwide consume arsenic-contaminated rice; however, little is known about the uptake and bioavailability of arsenic species after arsenic-contaminated rice ingestion. OBJECTIVES In this study, we assessed arsenic speciation in greenhouse-grown and supermarket-bought rice, and determined arsenic bioavailability in cooked rice using an in vivo swine model. RESU...
متن کاملConcentration of cadmium, arsenic, and lead in rice (Oryza sativa) and probabilistic health risk assessment: A case study in Hormozgan province, Iran
Background: The presence of toxic heavy metals in cereal grains like rice is one of the main human and environmental health concerns. Their importance is because of their non-biodegradability nature, high half-time, and bioaccumulation ability in the human body. Among heavy metals, cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), and arsenic (As) are most critical, so their concentrations in rice were evaluated in thi...
متن کاملContamination and Risk Assessment of Total Aflatoxin in Iranian Rice in Various Food Security Regions
Background and Objectives: Aflatoxin is one of the most important and common toxins in high consumption foods such as rice, which can threaten health of the consumers. In this study, risk of total aflatoxin based on its exposure levels and adverse effects was assessed in Iranian rice. Materials & Methods: This study was carried out on total aflatoxin in 60 national rice samples collected base...
